General, scope of the terms and conditions

  • The online order in the online shop of salmona.ch takes place on the basis of the following general terms and conditions (GTC) for online orders via the shop mentioned.

Conclusion of contract

  • The order of a product by the customer via the internet shop is considered binding.

Prices, payment

  • The price stated at the time of the order is decisive.

  • Shipping and packaging costs will be charged additionally.

  • We reserve the right to change prices.

  • Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or prepayment.

Delivery, shipping costs

  • The delivery of the object of purchase takes place by the Swiss Post to the address given by the buyer.

  • We endeavor to send the ordered items as quickly as possible.

  • The delivery of the goods takes place at the expense and risk of the customer. No liability is accepted for delays in delivery.

  • The postage and packaging flat rate for every order with shipping within Switzerland is at least 9.00 CHF.

  • Deliveries abroad only after contacting the manufacturer.

Retention of title

  • The goods remain the property of salmona.ch until they have been paid for in full.

Guarantee

  • Claims for damages against salmona.ch as well as against its employees are excluded, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent action.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

  • Only Swiss law is applicable.

  • The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Freiburg (CH).
